Detailed Responsibilities
- Manage Clients via digital & in-person Meetings
- Provide an excellent Customer Experience
- Remain knowledgeable about Training, Tools, & Support
- Track Client progress using existing Workflow Programs
- Host pre & post-fundraiser Meetings with Clients
- Facilitate additional Package & Product Sales
- Maintain & foster Client Relationships
- Work well in a Digital & occasionally Remote Environment
- Attend scheduled Team & Client Meetings
- Contribute to Conversation during Team Meetings
- Collaborate with Leadership & Team Members
- Openly discuss Workflow, Clients, Issues, or need for Training
- Keep all assigned Client Records up to date
Expected Working Hours
This is a part-time position, with varying days and hours of operation. As the main contact for dedicated clients, the Client Training Specialist will be required to work non-traditional hours to ensure clients have the best experience possible. In addition, the Client Training Specialist may also be requested to attend and staff client events, as needed, which typically fall on evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Three years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience in Auction industry or Non-profit sector preferred
- Strong computer skills & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written, verbal, & presentation skills
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks appropriately
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Independent work proficiency
- A knack for creative problem solving
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to follow through on tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to communicate & collaborate with all levels of staff
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Position requires an individual with the ability to navigate the computer while on the phone
- Position requires frequent speaking, listening, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, & long periods working at a computer with adequate breaks
- Position requires an individual that can stand and/or sit for long periods of time in a fast-paced, office, ballroom, or meeting room with moderate noise level due to co-workers, representatives, vendors & customers talking, computers, printers, & floor activity
Wages
$13.00—$15.00 per hour based on experience, to start.
Travel
Approximately 10% travel is required to perform the duties of this position.
